How are the buildings delivered?
Our buildings will be brought out to your location on a truck and trailer. Then using a state of the art machine, we will maneuver the building to your chosen spot. These machine can take the buildings through mud and more but they do have limits. If your yard is not soft, often times after a day or two it wont even look like the building went through a yard. At the time of purchase any concerns will be answered about delivery.

How is the floor constructed?
Lets start at the very bottom. The building sits on 4x4 runners. On top of the runners, fastened to the runners are 2x4 floor joists every 16" (2x4 every 12" for garages). With the 4x4's and floor joists being to close to the ground, they are pressure treated so they don't rot from moisture. The floor decking is made from 3/4" plywood flooring, which makes for a very sturdy floor system. Also all exterior nails and nails in contact with treated wood are galvanized so they don't rust.
