*All our sheds are built with pressure treated, ground contact runners and floor joists. All nails used in the floor materials are hot dipped galvanized to prevent rusting.

*Our sheds come with LP Pro-Struct flooring with Smart-Finish for an appealing look without knots and voids. Easy to clean up messes and won't stain as easy as plywood.

*Walls are built with studs 16" on center. The Smartside siding is installed with galvanized nails and all joints caulked to keep the elements out. (caulked if paint option is chosen).

*We have 16 colors of roof metal to choose from. Our metal roofs hold a 40 year limited manufacturers warranty.

The Garden Shed
This shed is common for people who prefer the a-frame roof and maximum storage room is not of concern. Comes standard with double doors and can be customized with windows, ramps, and much more.

The Lofted Shed
This shed is common for people who want the barn look or want maximum storage. The shed has two 4-foot lofts, and coupled with this roof style, makes for a lot of overhead storage room. These can also be customized with windows, ramps and more. This shed is also known as a Mini Barn.

The Garages
The Garden Shed as well as the Lofted Shed can be upgraded to a garage. The Garages have a 8' or 9' wide by 6'9" tall garage door, a single door, and floor joists 12" on center to hold added weight. This upgrade only costs $650.
